Welcome to Room 2's blog for 2016. This week we became a class of diverse characters who were creative in our dress choice and took on new personalities for the day. We were taught by The cat in the Hat, an Oompa Loompa and also a sailor from the story "Night race to Kawau"

"Fairest of them all" Show
Children were entertained and informed this morning by the NZ playhouse who were able to capture and hold the childrens attention for nearly a hour, They laughed their heads off during the performance and said it was" the best show they have seen." The messages embedded cleverly through fairy-tales were extremely pertinent to our children growing up in today's digital age. Get them to tell you all about it.

I enjoyed the play because it had a moral and it was very funny. I was amazing how only three students put together that WHOLE play! I was awesome how they changed inbetween and looked totally differant when they came out after.
